FAQ's

How will I receive my bill?

We will send you your detailed statement via email unless you do not have one, in which case it will be delivered to you via post.

How do I pay for my bill?

We prefer bills are paid by Bank Transfer, in which you can find our bank details on each statement, or by Cheque via post.

How long will I have to pay my bill?

Payment will be due 14 days after you receive your statement.

Are there charges for late payments?

We reserve the right to charge a fee of 5% of the balance quoted on your statement for any late payment and will be added to the following bill.
